Shipping & Handling
We provide shipping to the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO and Canada. Orders
are shipped Monday through Saturday.
USPS Priority Mail:
Orders placed beforee 9:00am PST will be shipped out of our office the same day. Orders
placed after 9:00am PST will be shipped out of our office the following day. Orders
placed on Sunday will be shipped Monday morning. Most orders arrive within 2-4 days of
shipping depending on the destination.
West Coast 1-2 days
Mid West 2-3 days
East Coast 2-4 days
Orders shipped to Canada are shipped by USPS Airmail and should arrive within 4-10 days
Orders shipped to APO/FPO are shipped by USPS Priority mail and should arrive within 2-14 days depending on the destination.
USPS (Priority Mail) = $8.95
USPS 2-Day Mail:
2-Day orders MUST be received by 7:00am PST for 2-Day delivery. If ordered after 7:00am 2-Day
delivery will be shipped out the following day. 2-Day orders are only shipped within the United States.
USPS 2-Day Mail = $22.95
Hospital shipments: Due to the large number of undeliverable or lost packages to
hospitals we will no longer be refunding any money due to a lost or undeliverable
shipment. If you have a friend or loved one that lives nearby please provide their
shipping address to have the package personally delivered to the patient.
